6 把酒曲连带着大米一起搅拌均匀,注意一定要搅拌均匀,不然不好发酵。
7 最后把咱们做好的半成品装起来,用手把它压得紧紧的,再想办法给中间,更好深一点(这样的话就能看到中间出的酒)。
如果想要做酒的话,咱们更好还是要在冬天做,只要在立春之前做好了一年之内他都不带坏的,如果咱们是在天气炎热的时候做的话,更好尽快把它喝掉,不然过一段时间就没得喝了,如果冬天做酒的话,咱们更好把它围起来做,也就是说咱们要做好保温,到了一定程度的温度之后,咱们就可以喝到新鲜的米酒了,大概的温度就是用手摸感觉暖暖的就行,出酒了之后,咱们就可以把放在上面的东西拿掉,开始享用了。
而桃花酿则是在放糯米的那一步的时候,将清洗好的桃花瓣的一并放入,然后按照常规的米酒酿造程序进行酿造,这样的话咱们就可以做出拥有桃花香味的桃花酿了。

用料:
面粉(300g)糯米酒(200g)豆沙泥、酵素粉、白糖(适量)

做法:
1, 准备个空碗,倒入面粉、糯米酒、白糖、酵母粉,用筷子搅拌变成小团时,用手揉搓成面团,等待1-2小时发酵。
2, 案板上撒点面粉,把发酵好的面团,揉搓排气,成长条,用小刀切成合适的大小,揉成圆形按扁。
3, 挖一勺子豆沙泥,放在中间,然后像做包子时那样封口,如果太鼓起来了,适当的按压下哦
4, 锅里放适量的油烧热,放入做的饼团,煎至熟透,两面焦黄。
