所需食材:
银耳、红枣、丰水梨、冰糖、桂花酱、枸杞
*** 步骤:
之一步:把干银耳清洗干净,放入冷水里浸泡两个小时,泡开后剪掉根部,并把银耳剪成小块。
第二步:准备一个煲锅,锅中加入足量清水,把煎好的银耳下入锅中,盖上锅盖先用大火烧开。
第三步:把准备好的两个丰水梨清洗干净后去皮,再切成小块;红枣对半切开并去掉里面的核。
第四步:煲锅大火烧开后开盖,把切好的梨肉放入锅中,再根据个人喜欢的口味,加入适量冰糖,最后用勺子搅动一下,让冰糖充分融化。
第五步:往锅中加入少许桂花酱,用勺子搅动后再大火烧开。然后转小火并盖上锅盖炖煮60分钟,炖至银耳软烂出胶。
第六步:把准备好的红枣下入锅中,用勺子搅拌均匀后继续炖煮10分钟,出锅前撒入适量枸杞即可。

银耳含有纯天然的胶质和膳食纤维,有美容养颜、祛斑减肥的作用,煲一锅黏稠软糯的银耳汤,滋阴润肺,好喝极了!但是问题来了,很多人不愿意去煲银耳汤的原因是因为等待银耳出胶的时间太长了,银耳汤若是不黏稠,还不如大米粥好喝呢!
前几天看到一个煲银耳汤的小视频,用了不到半小时的时间就煮出了一锅黏稠的银耳汤,其实看到视频的操作还是半信半疑的,但是看到底部的评论大部分人都操作成功了,所以今天我也试了试, *** 还真管用,只要记住3点,银耳20分钟绝对出胶!有人说是不是把银耳剪碎就好了,其实不仅仅是这样,在煮的过程中做好其中两步才是关键,一起来看看具体做法!
【银耳汤】
主要食材:银耳、红枣、枸杞、冰糖。
【具体做法】
1、银耳提前用清水泡开,一定要充分泡开,泡的时候多放些清水。准备一些红枣和枸杞。
2、银耳撕成小朵,尽量撕得更碎一些,但是不要用剪刀剪,直接手撕。撕好的银耳跟清水一起入锅。
3、红枣用刀在侧面划一道口子,这样便于煮的时候快速入味。
4、煮开后继续大火煮10分钟,快速激出银耳的胶质。
5、十分钟过后,拿起勺子在锅中顺时针快速搅拌15秒。
6、然后转中火,放入红枣和冰糖继续煮10分钟。
7、锅中的银耳这个时候已经完全黏稠,出锅前撒上一些枸杞搅拌均匀出锅。
非常好喝的银耳汤就煮好了,不用高压锅,不要预约,早上起来不到半小时的时间就煮好了,是不是超级简单方便呢?还可以根据自己喜欢去添加替换自己喜欢的食材,三天两头喝点银耳汤,气色自然红润。

1、银耳充分泡发才能更容易出胶,煮之前用手撕碎。
