清洗黑豆

糯米粉也是要炒一下的,炒到微微发黄就可以了。
把炒熟的黑豆等所有倒入糯米粉中,拌匀后盛出倒入破壁机中打成粉末。
一定要少量多次的打,太多打不动,自己可以尝试着看看。
打完后再倒入盆中
用滤网过滤一下,这一步不能偷懒,否则影响口感。过滤出的粗颗粒再用破壁机打一遍。
冲米糊时要用刚烧开的开水冲,多搅拌一会,把颗粒搅开,搅拌成自己想要的的稀稠程度即可,根据自己喜好放糖。
